At Bluetech Computer, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable services. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.

Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are faulty or defective.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and proof of purchase.
  • Software, licenses, and digital products are non-refundable once activated or installed.
  • Used items are only eligible for return if found to be faulty within the warranty period.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, at Bluetechโ€™s discretion.
  • Refund processing may take 5โ€“10 business days.

Repairs & Services

  • Repair and service fees are non-refundable once work has started.
  • If a repaired item develops the same fault within the warranty period, Bluetech will repair it at no additional cost.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, or misuse.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Faulty items may be exchanged for the same or equivalent product.

Warranty

  • New products carry a 12-month warranty (manufacturer warranty where applicable).
  • Repairs and used items carry up to a 6-month warranty, unless stated otherwise.
