Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are faulty or defective.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Software, licenses, and digital products are non-refundable once activated or installed.
- Used items are only eligible for return if found to be faulty within the warranty period.
Refunds
- Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, at Bluetechโs discretion.
- Refund processing may take 5โ10 business days.
Repairs & Services
- Repair and service fees are non-refundable once work has started.
- If a repaired item develops the same fault within the warranty period, Bluetech will repair it at no additional cost.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, or misuse.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Faulty items may be exchanged for the same or equivalent product.
Warranty
- New products carry a 12-month warranty (manufacturer warranty where applicable).
- Repairs and used items carry up to a 6-month warranty, unless stated otherwise.
